Muchos empresarios solicitaron esta medida, sobre todo por las aproximaciones telef\u00f3nicas no deseadas de comerciales.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A petici\u00f3n del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda, la KVK anticipa cambios en la Ley del Registro Mercantil con la medida. \u00c9stos se derivan de la denominada Visi\u00f3n de los Datos, una nueva forma de tratar los datos en el Registro Mercantil que se ajusta a la evoluci\u00f3n social actual. Anteriormente, se ampliaron las posibilidades de blindar las direcciones de los empresarios.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paso importante<br \/><\/strong>Ministro Beljaarts de Asuntos Econ\u00f3micos: \"Este es otro paso importante hacia un Registro Mercantil moderno y preparado para el futuro. Aqu\u00ed hay dos cosas importantes: por un lado, la apertura y la transparencia, porque como empresario y consumidor necesitas saber con qui\u00e9n haces negocios. Y por otro, la privacidad, para proteger al m\u00e1ximo la intimidad de cada empresario. Esta nueva medida encaja perfectamente con esto \u00faltimo\".<\/p>\n<p>Greet Prins, presidente del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de KVK, tambi\u00e9n se muestra satisfecho con el nuevo paso: \"Con esto contrarrestamos el acercamiento telef\u00f3nico no deseado a los empresarios mediante su inscripci\u00f3n en el Registro Mercantil. Me complace que ahora podamos hacer realidad este blindaje, que adem\u00e1s parece necesario: sobre todo los empresarios aut\u00f3nomos siguen siendo acosados por vendedores telef\u00f3nicos, a pesar de que la ley proh\u00edbe completamente la venta telef\u00f3nica no solicitada a partir de 2021.
